Sister Paulette, a cousin of Saint Faustina, spoke to a highly appreciative audience in the Williamsburg Room on Sunday, March 14, 2010. The gathering, sponsored by the Sodality, drew a crowd of over 100 people who were well rewarded by the thoughtful and enthusiastic presentation. PASTOR’S 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF ORDINATION TO THE PRIESTHOOD CELEBRATED AT ST. MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL
Monsignor Eddie Tolentino’s 25th ordination anniversary was the centerpiece of a weekend-long parish celebration at the end of June that featured a multicultural mass and International Festival, a concelebrated principal liturgy and reception, and a choir concert. A distinctive commemorative program included photos from Monsignor’s ordination in 1984. Read More
DEACONS SASS AND BRIESE ORDAINED
Archbishop Donald Wuerl was the principal celebrant and homilist at the ordination of seven new priests on Saturday, June 20 at the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception. Among the seven new ordained priests were two who are very familiar to St. Michael the Archangel parishioners, having both served as deacons at the parish. Read More
